2021 Spring Season Online Registration Form

Please note: A $20 Late Fee will be assessed for registrations made after 3/7/2021
No on-line registrations accepted after 3/22/2021
Please read and sign the required release waiver (updated to address Covid-19).

Divisions and Registration Fees:
Rookie – Age 4 & 5 – $75
Training – Grades 1 & 2 – $95
Minor – Grades 3 & 4 – $95
Majors- Grades 5 & 6- $110
Senior – Grades 7& 8- $110

Family discount of 75% is applied to third or more siblings registered for a household.

Note: 7th Graders with birth dates in 2008 are encouraged to register for the Senior Division but have the option of playing in either the Senior or Majors Division. Senior Division will consist of mostly 7th and 8th graders.

2021 Spring Season Refund Policy
-If WHGSL cancels the spring program refunds will be available
-If a registration refund is requested by the registrant,
- 100% refund (less 3% credit card fee, if applicable)

Volunteers: Parent/Guardians are encouraged to volunteer to coach, asst. coach, help with equipment, fields, fundraising, etc. All volunteers will be asked to complete and submit a separate Volunteer Application (can be downloaded and emailed to: Gary@whsoftball.com).

Any contribution you can give to support our league is always welcome! Contributions go towards field maintenance and improvements, equipment, uniforms, and scholarship fund.

PERMISSIONS, RELEASE AND WAIVER

As the parent or legal guardian of this player, I give my permission for her to participate in all practices, games and other League activities, including transportation to and from an event. On behalf of myself and the player, I agree (1) to assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, and (2) to waive and release any claims against, and to indemnify and hold harmless, the League, its officers, coaches and officials, and the player’s team and its sponsors, for any claim arising out of any injury sustained by the player while participating in an event; and (3) to comply with the League’s Code and Rules of Conduct.
